Smith Dr. LaToya D. Smith is the RtI Coach. This is her 15th year in education, four of those years in Bibb County. 
 
After graduating from Baldwin High School, she completed her undergraduate studies at Albany State University; Master in Middle Grades Education from Mercer University, and Specialist in Elementary and Educational Leadership from Troy State University. She earned Doctorate of Education from NOVA Southeastern University.
 
She is married to Lewis and they have three daughters, Diamond, Lauryn, and Logan.
