Department of Communications
 
The Department of Communications is looking for videos of students, parents, and community members participating in events at the District's schools. We are looking for student events, pep rallies, great sports plays, community events, science projects, great teachers, interviews, parental involvement, afterschool programs, homework help videos, club functions, or any other videos of our schools in action. 

These videos will be placed on the Bibb County YouTube channel, and the best will be featured on the District's Facebook page. For the best chances of being featured, try to show or integrate the District's mission statement: "Each student demonstrates strength of character and is college ready." 

Submissions and Rules
  • Videos can be created by students but must be submitted by a faculty member to be eligible.

  • Submit your short videos (under 25mb) by email to bibb.communications@gmail.com. Longer videos may be sent to Bibb County School District's Department of Communications, 484 Mulberry Street, Suite 365, Macon, GA 31201, by mail or by school pony.

    This Week in the District a weekly newsletter created and distributed by the Department of Communications as a means to inform the community of student, school, and District events, announcements, and highlights.
