Welcome to 8-3 Science!
We plan on having an exciting year! Below is what is essential for you to know about this class.
 
Building Background Knowledge:
Each month 10 physical science terms will be discussed in class. This needs to be a section in your notebook. All terms for each month and the definitions need to be kept in this section.
 
 
PowerPoints: Be sure to check out the Science PowerPoints page. All PowerPoints that we use in class will be on this page.
 
Synergy:
You need to be able to log in to the Synergy website. http://students.bibb.k12.ga.us/SignIn.aspx
Your username is your lunch number, and your password is your lunch number.
 
Check under Mr. Teel's folders periodically for your assignments and feedback on what you have done.
 
Rockin" Roller Coasters
1. Remember all lab safety rules, and follow each one.
2. Read the lab instructions carefully before beginning the experiment.
3. Work with your team to build the roller coaster and record the data.
4. If there is a problem, tell an adult immediately.
