  Welcome to our web page! My name is Mrs. Olson, and this is my twenty-seventh year of teaching kindergarten and first grade. This year, we will learn many exciting things. By May, we will be reading and writing stories!

  • write first and last name
  • recognize all letters and letter sounds
  • blend sounds to read words
  • recognize sight words
  • write sentences to make stories
  • regonize numbers and count to 100
  • add and subtract
  • tell time
  • count money
  • share, take turns, play nicely with others
  • tie shoes
