Welcome to the Afterschool Programs webpage! We hope this site provides valuable information to you regarding our programs.

The Bibb County Afterschool Programs have been enriching students' lives for over a decade. Each site offers several specialized programs, but all focus on four core components: Educational Support, Tutoring/Mentoring, Afternoon Snack and Enrichment.

The 2011-2012 Bibb County Afterschool Programs operates in 15 elementary schools and 1 middle school serving more than 1,000 students. We currently have more than 20 collaborative partners providing a variety of educational, cultural and recreational enrichment activities and services to our students. Our volunteer base now totals more than 80, donating more than 1,200 hours to promising students who will one day lead our community.
