Mercer University's Annual Scholarship Challenge

Mercer will be awarding valuable scholarships to high school seniors who are interested in Mercer's engineering program or the technical communications program. Last year, Mercer awarded more than 2.2 million to over 80 students.

First, Dr. Stewart must nominate students online. Once this is done, the students will have to complete a short application on line, indicating if they wish to participate in the engineering or in the technical communication scholarship event.

The Saturday event on October 20th will include:

• campus and engineering laboratory tours in the morning
• lunch and a short program for students and their parents
• the scholarship challenge (a test) in the afternoon
• a parents' program in the afternoon in parallel with the test (admissions, housing, financial aid, etc)
