Mission Statement

Sonny Carter Elementary School is committed to creating an atmosphere that will allow all students to “challenge the edge of the universe.” Our mission is to encourage children to discover the joy of learning in a positive, culturally diverse and challenging enviornment while becoming independent, creative thinkers.

We believe:
