Girls' Basketball Try Outs

All required paperwork that includes:
Sports Physical with Doctor Clearance, Insurance Info,
Copy of Insurance Card, and Conduct Agreement
are due NO LATER THAN
 
Any student who has not turned in
ALL of the required paperwork
on time CANNOT try out and
CANNOT stay to watch.
