Application Process

1. Complete all required sections of this application form (the optional statement at the end of the application is not required) then forward it to Rutland High School, 6250 Skipper Road, Macon, Georgia 31216 by the deadline of 5:00 PM on Friday, May 21, 2010. You may either bring the application to the front office at the school or mail it. If choosing the latter, you must make sure that it is postmarked no later than 5:00 PM, Wednesday, August 20, 2008. Do not assume that dropping it in a letter box will insure a same-day postmark.

2. Distribute the three educator recommendation forms to the following:

• A former 8^th grade social studies, science, or language arts teacher ( choose two)
• A former guidance counselor or former administrator (choose one)
