We currently have a rug in our media center that serves as the story time area. When a class of 27 students are seated on the rug they can get crowded and uncomfortable and the children in the back can have difficulty seeing the pictures in the book.

We would love to have two library benches to make story time more comfortable for our students. These benches would provide additional seating space and allow our students to "get up off the floor!"

We truly want our students to develop a love of reading so that they will become life-long learners. Creating a comfortable seating area for story time will make visiting the media center an even more enjoyable experience!
